TO ME, IAGO LOOKS LIKE WALLENSTEIN

"The Plot", a 19th-century picture of the Othello leading cast in a key scene.
Noticed how much Iago looks like Albrecht von Wallenstein (lean and gaunt, pale and dark-haired, with a prominent widow's peak and a sharp moustache and goatee)?
Well, that's exactly what he looked like in my mind's eye when I first knew the story (i.e., read Charles Lamb's Tale) at the age of 14.
In my mind's eye during that first read, Desdemona was blond (like in this picture), with golden hair, hazel or green eyes, and delicate features, Othello looked like Oberyn more than anyone else, and Cassio resembled Finnick Odair, Jasper Whitlock, and Loras Tyrell. Emilia was dark-haired and looked like my own mum crossed over with some French actress...
